My dad was a dumbass who would blab about stuff without reading the room. We went to a middle eastern restaurant owned by Palestinians many years ago and he starts talking about his time in Israel like these guys are his friends. I think they would have killed him if they could have gotten away with it.

For many in the US it’s the getting away with it that was key in the past, and now that is a little concerning in this current climate with them feeling more empowered by the left to show their hate.

Growing up I knew several arab immigrants and a few others here on a student visa from several different middle eastern countries, and they fit the smile to your face in public especially for business while quickly shifting to the behind closed doors of a mosque there are no moderate muslims even if for some it was mostly all talk and when in the group (but not all).

Arabs are not necessarily Muslims, or vice versa.

Having grown up around a lot of rich Arabs, they were also the most deviant. The couple from Iran, where she was a nurse and he was an F-4 pilot? Normal peeps, even while working as a hairdresser and a convenience store manager. Their 13 year old son was a bit deviant though.
