Maybe, but maybe not. I can see it being some policy not to grab containers blocked by cars for liability reasons (someone claiming that he hit the car).
Also, not sure I’d be stopping to talk to some agitated dude jumping up and down in 2024 either. People are crazy and the dude is probably trying to stay on schedule and not get shot.
The one who’s definitely a dick is the jackass who parked in front of your container.

Yea it was one of the 500 people that seem to live in my neighbors house from time to time. That family is a mess, always got like 7 cars in front of their (and my) house.
