His hometown is about 4 hours away from LSU. What would have leaving the state done? Hes basically from southern Arkansas.


What I can’t stand is when people make excuses for this type of behavior.

changing zip codes doesn’t excuse thuggish behavior. Might want to go down memory lane and remember Janzen Jackson. Left the state and was still doing criminal activities with teammates and then committed murder. Young people today have no value of life.

You think Louisiana is the only place for this? Unless you’re going to college in freaking Utah this stuff will be there.

Now, if you’re saying to leave state if you think you’ll get pulled into your high school or neighborhood friend’s beef and you just need distance, I agree…but that is again anywhere.

Farmerville is 217 miles from Baton Rouge. State lines are not some magic barrier that you can't cross.
