I will bet you that Red man is totally unconnected to the shooting. I saw video of the police taking someone into custody on the eastern side of Union Station. THe video wasn't close enough to make out who they were arresting, but given the shooting didn't happen in that area and the two perps that were taken into custody were on the west side of the station...I bet this guy is not involved and got popped for some other reason.

Was he not the guy that people tackeled? The story was that he was trying to pull a gun as they were taking him down.
