Vocal Opponent???? Where do you live bro? He came out in support of it as long as he could control where the $3B purse was to be spent (he chose Pennington). Then stated the governor would get to put someone on the board of that $3B pot (wanted to appoint himself). Then Garrett Grave's rallied the troops of the Senate to go against those changes... at which time the public found out what was going on. Now our New Governor is a vocal opponent because his constituates do not support it. I can't believe I voted for this loser... I thought he'd just do what he wanted and roll with it. But he might as well be B. Edwards...no spine.
