my question is first going to be why are you fasting like that?
2nd thing i will say is knock that shite off
3rd is, only lift if you doing it at the start of the fast
i say knock that shite off because you have the knowledge to hit your macros and concentrate on getting stronger. you are smart enough to know, dont concentrate on the scale, like a female, and focus on naval measurement
if you want fast results without burning muscle....do a psmf. try and get 200-250g protein in as few amount of calories as possible. intake 10g of fat, min also.
ftr i used to say different before these medicines came out. before i was like get the fricking fat off as fast as possible and stop being a fricking pussy. with these medicines, no need for that because the chance of immediate binge after like 5 days is not there. So we do it the right way and concentrate on eating shite tons of protein, even if it has to be in liquid form and we smoke our resistance training, hopefully in the form of an LP or RPT. short and abbreviated training concentrating on strength and pushing the numbers and mobility.
if you need more fat loss, start progressively driving steps up. start and nominal...say 5k for week 1. week 2-4 go to 7500. then 10k for 4 weeks. then 12,500...then 15000 so on and so fourth. then reset that and start over after lowering calories some.
anyone wanting to know more about peptides and the glp drugs, go on apple podcast and type dr william seeds. he is the expert on this, foremost in the world now. Datbtrue used to be before the long arm of the government didnt like him making untaxed money...but his archive can be found on reddit. much of it is older info though. Dr Seeds has a book out too called peptide protocols vol 1 that is awesome for this stuff.

Well shite I just like the way I felt during a fast and thought the benefits were worth it. I like the discipline it requires and thought it would strengthen that part of me for when im completely off of GLPs.
