They're 2 totally different drugs. Sema works on one receptor, GLP. Tirz works on dual receptors, GLP & GIP. Tirz is the far superior drug. The additional GIP agonist not only furthers appetite suppression but also decreases negative side effects such as nausea/vomiting/fatigue.

Retatrutide is the latest one coming down the pipeline. It isn’t FDA approved yet but it’s pretty deep into trials with great success. It works on 3 receptors, GLP, GIP, & Glucagon. Some guys on a group im in love it so far. I’m a tirz guy from the get go so I’m just sticking with what works for me.
