Personal favorite is Little Black Submarine by Black Keys, then they fell of hard
Probably Hotel California is the obvious answer

It is somewhat of a cliche that 80s songs are all "overproduced", but this one both embodies and defies that near slur. It is a wonderful song from a better, vanished time.
