If I was him I'd get on to his new career. He has his health, a nice nest egg and a future outside of football.

yeah but not a lot of careers that he can make a million a year, plus the more years you play in the league the better that vested money gets

each year you stay active in the league gives you more retirement money per year

It’s hard bc you overlooked passion/competitiveness. You can’t be someone good enough to play at that level and stop competing. Guess that’s why people pick up golf to maintain some competitiveness.

shite post.. Why though? At worst, he can be a back up somewhere. What better way could he earn that type of money and not take take a lot of damage

Wtf are you talking about? The guy is 24 years old and doesn't have a lot of carries on his body. He could easily play another 5 years. He can run,catch passes and block.
