Is this the case where Colorado has 10 minutes to explain why their move was constitutional?
Posted on 2/8/24 at 9:15 am to BugAC
Yes. Then lawfare gets 30 minutes to explain themselves.

Isn’t it refreshing to know that three votes are already decided

Do they only have 10 min?
I was unaware of the time constraints.
Sorry if sarcasm is lost on me in online translation!

Two.
Kagan may be a leftist but I’m not sure she will sign onto something this fricking stupid without Roberts tagging along.

40 minutes per side and Colorado only got 10 minutes while the lefty advocacy group got the rest.
If that doesn’t say a lot right there, nothing does.

Roberts “ Insurrection “. frick this clown world. Constructed by Democrats for Democrats. All who disagree can kick rocks. No longer citizens, but subjects. No longer a Constitutional Republic but a bureaucratic behemoth.

Agree, Kagen is a liberal, but she seems to lean towards the actual constitution moreso than Roberts and ACB. Those are the two dousch nozzles everyone should worry about.

If another Trump administration happens, someone needs to take a look at Roberts’ dirty laundry to figure out WTF happened with him.
He is compromised but it is a matter of proving it and getting him out of there.

The Colorado SOS has ten minutes. The legal group who filed the initial suit/supports Colorado has 30 min. Team Trump gets 40

Did Lawfare and Colorado already present argument or was Trumps team first?
Posted on 2/8/24 at 9:26 am to Vacherie Saint
When will they announce a decision?

I don’t know.
I posted this within minutes of the “breaking news” popping up on my phone, so I think Trump’s team is being heard first.
