SCOTUS oral arguments on Trump vs Colorado

Split decision with Roberts being the swing vote.

Listened to 5 minutes of oral arguments.

This will easily be 7-2 or 8-1, with the justices hitting hard on the fact that there was no conviction (a case pending is not disqualifying).

Still goes against their previous decision that states should decide how they run elections.

But the Supreme Court can go against its own precedent nowadays, so it's not a surprise.
