Funny that 1st generation immigrants from all over the globe need less than a decade.

I work in a school. The recent African immigrants' children FAR outperform the black students whose families have been here for generations. Would any black poster on this board like to give me an explanation for why that's the case?

Africans have experienced what a legit shithole is. They strive to ensure they never have to go back. They want to ensure their children and grandchildren never have to experience that shite.

Meanwhile, a lot of black Americans have been brainwashed into believing that they are the pitiful ones, and that the white devil is constantly making them or their loved ones do bad things. They've no free will, cause the white devil is oppressing them.

Because most migrant Africans haven’t been told their entire life how helpless they are by white women, or grow up in a culture that devalues family and education

The answer is institutional racism. In my experience though, usually the white kids have the worst performance, which is mostly just due to inferior genetics, exacerbated by awful parenting.
