fantastic show but the old drunk idiots behind me yapped the ENTIRE time. people have really forgotten how to act at concerts post-pandemic.
really enjoyed crossing the rubicon, gotta serve somebody, on the banks of the old ponchartrain (apparently the first time hes played it live), and every grain of sand.

I was wondering if it was just me. The audience was pretty bush league. A lot old people who couldn’t handle their liquor and way too much chatter, people filing in and out the whole time.

here's the setlist
all but one song from "rough & rowdy ways", the aforementioned live debut cover, and SEVEN songbook classics.
i'm not sure where the "he didnt play any of his ols songs" complaints are coming from. yes they were all re-arranged but i appreciated that. he's been doing that his entire career. and i have a whole new appreciation for the new album after hearing the songs live. they are as worthy of praise as are his older songs.
