Been looking at new/existing homes in South Carolina. No basements and 1-2 car garages, where do you baws put all ur stuff? A three car garage is like a unicorn.

This. They build these houses with no storage. They use preassembled trusses that means the attic shouldn't be used for storage. Basements aren't common in my area. They put in front load garages that can barely fit two cars empty. And then the HOAs prohibit sheds. Where do they keep the lawn equipment? Tools? Kid toys? Holiday decorations?
