I mean, I'm all for making an impact-based pay scale for taxes. Hell, everything. Obese people people with heavy vehicles (yes, you can include EVs) can pay more for health insurance and road taxes, healthy bike commuters can pay close to zero. I have a feeling the OT wouldn't like where they fall on that scale either, though.
