Swift is a product of the Social media age and while she has talent, it is not near what people make her out to have. Her songs are annoying because they are uncreative lyrically since everything is “my exboyfriend sucks, hear me roar” and she is overblown.

With all that said, the obsession by her fans are what makes people dislike her. You can’t say she is not great without being accused of some crazy crap and as others said, the Super Bowl is now being made more about her than the actual game.

She’s a media marketed success, not based on talent. It just annoys people when they just want to watch a football game and he announcers have to mention a fan.

In the end, I think they will lose some normal viewers for the game but feel they will get enough TayTay obsessed fans that will more than make up for it.
