You missed the point completely. Counting 5 or 6 million on the csp this year could have cleared up alot of our cap problems.
Been saying for years to sign Bsker Bridgewater or Minshew to a cheap one year prove it deals. It’s the only way to get out of this mess Loomis created. Instead he goes in the hole even deeper with Carr
Two of them were named pro bowl quarterbacks this year and cost roughly 1/5 of Carrs salary.

The possible other side of this conversation. They did that for 2 years with Winston & Dalton and didn't like the results; so they took a shot at Carr.
Also, Loomis does view the current cap structure as a mess; it's just part of the process
