I take off what I need and what I want. And at the end of the year, if I have a couple of weeks of PTO leftover, I'd get a nice payout for it.
I don't really see any incentive to take all the PTO with that setup. I don't lose it for nothing.

Oh i get ya, I just don't value the money over the experience. I'd just want to spend the money on travel or something to do anyway.
I'm not interested in collecting things.
I am interested in collecting experiences.
