Interesting. Mike Holmgren weighed in (jokes write themselves) recently saying the Seahawks should hire an offensive coach because that's a critical part of the identity. Easier to do that and add a strong autonomous DC, than the opposite.
But, MacDonald is a hot name. Interviewed very well with teams this cycle.
