I’m in the corporate world and don’t like working with them. Have to be told to do shite, everything is black and white, etc. I’m generalizing of course.

I can’t disagree there. Lots of compliance requirements in the military. I asked the boss about crane certification for the installers and he said that they just take their chances and will pay the fine if caught. Cheaper that way. I was like, WTF.
