yep 1/2-3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese(good cultured is best but $$) to every 3 whole eggs. scramble or even better throw into the ninja and hit it like that....game changer...fluffy as hell, taste even better, and they almost never burn or get hard.

And if you don't want to cook it you can make your own ice cream out of a similar blend.
