like rocket said, nothing wrong with it, but missing lots of micronutrients.

i would prefer to see people blend 2-3 eggs with maybe some egg white and low fat cottage cheese. gets the protein really high, gets your the micro nutrients and a good blend of different types of protein(ultra fast and slow releasing) and gets you some good fats and still pretty cheap.

also the cottage cheese actually makes the eggs very fluffy which is nice from a filling standpoint.

I hate cottage cheese by itself, but I started adding it to my scrambled eggs...gamechanger.

Thats what I usually do 777. 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites. Taste way better.

frick cottage cheese though.
