I agree that Louisiana has a lot of talent, and I'm glad Brian Kelly wants to make Louisiana the number one priority in recruiting.
But there are too many years when the state doesn't produce quality quarterbacks, offensive linemen and defensive linemen to put together a team that can win championships.
Texas and Georgia are loaded with great players, and Mississippi has some really good players, though fewer and more difficult to pull from their state.
Lock down Louisiana, but it will always be necessary to recruit well in places like Texas and Georgia.
