If there was a little more textbook tackling like that, the defensive stats would have been much better. Nobody breaks out of a tackle like that.

Anyone can make a textbook tackle when the target is standing still.

This has been a very physical, hard hitting team in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Don't know what happened this season.

For a small guy, he can lay the lumber. I want to see him get a little playing time in the bowl game.

Who won that game again?

j/k

For the sake of the football program not returning to the Nirvana grungy 90s we better hope Miles understands the need to hire coach O and a proven DC.

Because they have no idea how to coach? Haha, I wish you dumbasses could go to 1 practice and see Mallory working with the secondary and Peveto with the LB's. They may not be good DC's but they are good position coaches. The scheme is what hurt us all year

Peveto is a good LB coach. He wouldn't be getting looked at for other jobs if he sucked. He is an emotional guy that could shine if he was just coaching our LB's. I don't understand why they are asking him to do more than just that. Last year special teams, this year Co-DC

The sad thing about that hit was that it was LSU's play of the game. Nothing else was good about it.
