When your drunk buddy plows his boat into another boat and injures some people in the process, and you assist him in fleeing the scene, you are aiding and abetting.

This isn't that complicated and you, or I, would be in bracelets in the pokey.

I think his cooking videos are entertaining also, but this is the same old different rules for different people bullshite this state has been plagued with forever.

Accessory to the felony of fleeing the scene of an accident with serious injury.
