This is not a Biden vs Trump issue. It is a save the Republic issue. If Dems succeed against Trump, they will deploy the same tactics against far less monied opponents in the future ... BAMN. It's the stuff of banana republics. That defines this fight.

Truly the most frightening aspect of their assault on Trump is that they can do that to a billionaire former president. Us peasants have zero hope.

Trump appointed Barr. He appointed Sessions. He appointed people like Wray and Milley but this time I'm supposed to believe Trump will get it right? Trump was and remains to be his own worst enemy. Trump didn't "drain the swamp" he added to it.
