I refuse to to follow DEI until they hire a white male as the DEI director. Every position I've seen has always been a black female. The DEI director job is not diverse enough.

Maybe that's what they mean by DEI. Give a bunch of diverse people make believe jobs to even out the races/sexes of all employees at the university
