Yep. I'm a CFL1 trainer and when I went through the seminar, there were a large portion of people who, I hope, were doing it for themselves, and not trying to coach any time soon.

I’m Level 2 and it was the same for Level 2. Some couldn’t do a jerk much less teach it. Embarrassing

I got my L1 there.
I sent a text the other day to the owner asking when they will host their next L2 seminar. I'll probably do that and be a L2 trainer for shits and giggles.
Day 2 of Thundrbro Get Huge wasn't as bad as Day 1 but the last finisher was 3x15 double KB push presses right into a 100' OH carry. I used 35s this time since I only have 1 50lb KB. The OH carry got squirrely at the end each time because I have a jacked up left tricep (insertion at the shoulder) that only gives me shite on single armed OH movements.

I do calisthenics and do pullups every day. That would wreck me
