One day I got stuck in traffic and went though what people considered Covington.
I could see buying an old house in the down town area for sale, fix it up, and make it a cafe specialize in breakfast and lunch. Then on the weekends do a brunch to evening meals with live unique bands or artist. Seems like a pretty quiet place to live except if you want to leave to go shopping.
