He taunts citizens with this “ President Joe Biden again mocked gun owners over the weekend, suggesting they will need F-16 fighter jets if they are really serious about taking on the government.”
I guess he forgets how the Vietnamese tamed those US war machines
I guess he forgets how the militia made up of country boys tamed the well armed and well trained English in our Revolutionary War.

F-16 pilots and crew chiefs have homes and families, right? They won’t fly air strikes against civilians if they love those homes and families.

Eh it could happen. The Taliban was certain the US would fight them in the mountains like the Soviets did, and then we bombed them with planes they couldn’t see and the survivors ran for their lives like everyone else. We boggled that aftermath, and they were able to outlast us, but fighting the US military today would never be as equitable as the north Vietnamese fighting in jungle tunnels, and nothing like the red coats. My money would be on the country boys if they can hold out and do a terror campaign for twenty years, but open conflict would be pretty one-sided. The caveat to all that is any scenario where a sizable portion of the military defects and fights with the rebels, or if Trump gets control of the military and turns it on his enemies
