Jd5 doesn't sound like a dummy when he talks. Lamar obviously has some smarts doing his own contract talks and such but he just doesn't sound very bright

I don’t think JD5 is going to be instantly incredible in the NFL whatsoever.
If he learns to slide and to avoid those vicious hits, he could very well have a long NFL career.
Nuss has an NFL caliber arm, so saying that those wide receivers carried JD5 and comparing the bowl isn’t a valid argument at all.
I do think JD5 is going into the NFL better equipped than Lamar but he’s also going in a couple years older than Lamar did.
Lamar was drafted at 21. Jayden will be 23 when drafted. Lamar played only 3 college seasons. Jayden played 5 (one was shortened bc of Covid).
To put things in perspective, Burrow was drafted 2 years after Lamar but Joe is older than Lamar.
