The absolute absurd costs of vehicles is a big driving factor behind the increase in premiums. It’s the overall cost when a vehicle is totaled in addition to the cost of parts skyrocketing for repairs. So insurance is hit on both ends.

Body shops and roofers are now also trying to milk insurance companies for every penny like the attorneys do.

The amount of uninsured people in this state is also ridiculous.

Certainly part of it. Yall think that's the sole driver for our ridiculous rates?

It isn't. Everyone in this state knows if you get in a wreck the odds are very high that you're getting sued for pain and suffering, at fault or not. These people advertising that a wreck is a winning ghetto lottery ticket.
