It’s also not far from Huntsville and Birmingham. Which can get you to Nashville, about 3.5 hours, Chattanooga, Atlanta, etc. Good deer and turkey hunting, fishing on the tenn Tom as mentioned but you’re also within two hours from Sardis, Enid, or Grenada lakes which are three of the the top five crappie lakes in the country.

Sold. Sign me up. Doesn’t seem to be busting at the seams like Tx.

Texas is headed a direction that I’m not sure I want to stick around to see. Mississippi seems to have nowhere to go but up. Especially North Mississippi

I have a friend who lives in Priceville, Al and I can say while it’s not “far” that drive from Tupelo through Red Bay toward Decatur fricking sucks and he won’t be doing it often just to go to Huntsville
