Is it great? No, but it's less of an abomination than having EBR go up to Shreveport, for goodness' sake.

Meh. I find both to be equal abominations. South BR and Bogalusa sharing a district with Morehouse Parish is no better than NBR sharing one with Shreveport.
If this is truly an issue for Graves, he’ll just run for a different district
