No, not at all the situation. More like people don't work and do personal errands and goof off.

My wife works from home every once in a while, but her company continuously monitors her laptop.

Does that sound like a supervisor looking over her shoulder? I'd say yeah, it's worse...

We are a 100% remote company scattered across the entire world. We don't even have an office, and we closed the year just shy of 20MM in revenue.

You don't live in the technologically advanced world.
