There are stops on the x and y for homing. In the menu there should be a "home" option. For leveling advice just Google "ender 3 bed level" or similar phrase and you should be flooded with more info than you could ever consume in a single lifetime.
I will caution, if you are here asking these basic questions and unable to figure them out on your own you are going to probably have a bad time with that printer, or 3d printing in general.
