I worked here. Cloudflare had pretty weak managers but at the same time was generally understanding that it would take about six months to start closing deals. We didn't have set territories-- everyone was scrapping for everything and there were far too many people in the segment.

The manager would have been coaching her toward it but they don't do a formal paperwork trail until typically starting six months in. They just did this to cut a lot of people loose quickly.
