Not sure if it’s been discussed or not but why was she filming herself on this call in the first place? Did she expect to be fired and wanted it on record? Was it for likes on social media (my assumption)?

People film everything these days. A car was parked outside my house for 30 minutes just chilling so I walked up to see what was going on, and the person inside was filming me. Screamed your on film don't do anything... You're the one parked in front of my house. Apparently she is waiting for her kids at the bus stop, but filming gives people this weird sense of control over situations.

It said in the article that they were scheduling 15 minute meeting blocks where other coworkers were being let go. She had 10 minute warning she was probably one of them.

She said that she and a bunch of her coworkers got a calendar invites for 15 minute meetings so they were able to put it together.

The no sales part is clearly a big thing but if she got no indication that her performance was inadequate from her manager, then that is really shitty.

Taking her story at face value here though. Both things can be true here: she’s embellishing things for victim status/likes/clicks and Cloudfare is a soulless corporate wasteland that gives zero fricks about people.
