Fit means almost nothing. Gotta be able to recruit, develop, and build/maintain a staff wherever you end up.

This whole talk of "fit" is so silly. Was Saban a good fit at LSU, or Bama? Was Kelly a good fit at LSU? Football isn't complicated. If you can coach, you can coach.

One of the best coaches in the game although I’ve wondered how he would do at a truly elite gig like bama
Seems like a kinda boring dude but im sure he’s different inside the walls
