Line still hasn’t arrived here yet. Looks like a lot of the purple stuff will pass to the North of us. Be safe.

I'm going to try to hunt late this afternoon around 3:30 to 4 pm. Storms are moving through during the day and clearing out by the afternoon. Any thoughts on how the deer will be moving after the storms? Should I try hunting food plots or in the woods or is it just a crapshoot like every hunt? Supposed to be pretty windy all day, but rain will be out of the area by then.

Big six came through as the line was blowing out. A did not long after that. Now another six just crossed as I was typing.

Just got in my box stand about 20 minutes ago. The wind is ripping hard. Temperatures already dipped from low 60s to mid 50s. Scored a few peppermints walking out the door to help keep me entertained.
