Small government conservative here who would like public nuisances fined for being a public nuisance.
There are actual laws that are supposed to enforce this. I'd be happy with police/sherriffs actually doing their job first, but i'd substitute an auto fine as additional means of enforcement.

It is fun watching the "Caught on Camera" shows on ID where your fellow democrat voters are busted regularly shooting people with these cameras that are installed in the hood.
