None, that swelling is normal. Do you rotate injection sites? You could try injecting slower or warming up the solution a bit prior to injection, but sometimes that does nothing. Injecting slower just comes down to patience, but you aren't injecting large amounts really.

Yes I swap sides for each injection. I typically try to warm up in some water. Dosing 1/2cc x 2 injections per week. Thanks for the info much appreciated.

all that helps a ton with IM but doesnt help much with subq.

there are not adverse effects of the lumps or the bruising so long as they do not hurt.
