I need to go get some bloodwork done since I am about to turn 30. What should I ask for from my doctor as far as bloodwork? I have heard from some that sometime, depending on age; doctors aren't inclined to request test levels...?
Also, on the Boron should this be taken morning or night?

tell them you want full hormone panel done to get baselines. total test, free test, igf, estrogen
boron- take in morning as for some it messes with sleep

Theres a really good Dr. In Gonzales who can help you.
Dr Adams... yes he's a gyno but he specializes in mens hormones too.
