There’s no way you believe FSU would have played Michigan as close as Bama did.

Bama had horrible qb play and relied on defense to keep it close

There is no way you beleive FSU couldn’t do that

considering most of the reason it was close was michigan mistakes probably.

Florida State's defense was better than Alabama's. 305 ypg vs 313 ypg, 15.9 ppg vs 18.4 ppg. ACC vs SEC sure, Florida State worked over LSU better than Alabama did.

They were on fire in the ACC championhip. They would have played great knowing it was up to them to win. It would have been the same kind of grind it out game.
