It’s like people believe they’re accomplishing something by having a 30 minute Teams call with ten people and talking about crap that could have been an email exchange between three of those people.

We used to have a meeting to discuss the upcoming "Big Meeting". Then you had the actual "Big Meeting". Then the day after you had a meeting to discuss what was discussed yesterday at the "Big Meeting". Then three days later there was a meeting to dicuss revisions in what was went over at the "Big Meeting".
This was on top of the every Tuesday and Friday morning meetings.
Next month...let's do it all again.
