I posted this in another thread about this, but they don’t only target in state guys, that’s patently false.
They DO prioritize in state guys. And for good fricking reason. Louisiana produces great football talent and bringing these kids home builds a taller wall around the state by creating more allegiance and alignment with LSU at more HS programs, in LA towns, and within athletic families.
It's a brilliant long term strategy that will pay dividends for a long, long time if we continue the path.
