re: Kelly says he prevented Malik from playing the second half

The Jaylon Smith injury rightfully changed the thinking on the importance of non-playoff Bowl games for draft eligible players (specifically those who are so high they can't really improve their stock). Those games should be more of a springboard for next season anyway.
