So misjudged his speed. Speeding driver would have still been very close to intersection at 70 to get her driver side instead of the rear of her car. Unfortunate.

I have seen a lot of speculation about anybody running a light. There are 4 big poles with cameras on them, one at each corner, so we can know that the police know if anybody ran a light.
