Mike Tomlin (273) is 55 wins away from tying Don Shula's all-time win record at 328.

Hes 51 now. With just 8 wins a year he will break the record in just 7 years.

Tomlin will also never win another SB and will probably finish his career with a sub-500 playoff record.

Belichick will also probably never catch Shula, either because he'd have to coach another 5 years at the rate he's at now winning 4-5 games/yr. He's already 72.

Yipee for the greatness of mediocrity of Mike Tomlin!!

I think his style is a perfect fit for the NFL. He just needs to hire a competent offensive coordinator and get better QB play and there's no reason he can't win another super bowl.

Tomlin's biggest misfortune is that the bulk of his career transposed against the Brady/belichek dynasty.
