It’s not about it getting approved, it’s the time it is taking to get it done. If he negotiates a new deal with Notre Dame while he has a low buyout and before signing with LSU he is basically gone.

Of course it will but by that time it won’t mean shite if he leaves before. He has zero buyout right now right? Since he hasn’t signed anything?
